We have determined the network connectivity issue to be related to the metro LAN ring connecting to our Internet providers in one of the major Manhattan, NY telecommunications facilities. Our senior network engineering team is currently working with the metro LAN provider to isolate the issue and restore connectivity. We will provide an estimated time for repair as soon as we have more information.
